Crown Royal

Born as a gift for King George VI and Queen Elizabeth of England to honor their royal visit to Canada, the first exquisite blend of Crown Royal Canadian whisky was meticulously crafted in 1939. 600 blends were trialed before settling on the final exceptionally smooth blend of 50 select whiskies which were presented in a cutglass decanter and regal purple bag with gold stitching. Over 80 years later, the Crown Royal bottle in a bag retains its wrapping and has become a king of spirits in its own right. 

Crown Royal was released in the United States in the 1960s and has since become the top-selling Canadian whisky. To this day, every drop of Crown Royal is crafted to meet the same uncompromising standards, making it, to many discerning palates, the finest whisky of all.
