Redbreast Single Pot Still 21 years old
Said the be one of the oldest iterations from the highly-acclaimed Redbreast distillery, Redbreast 21 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is savored for its rich mouthfeel and unparalleled finish. Triple-distilled and composed of a blend of malted and unmalted barley, this beautifully crafted whiskey is aged for a minimum of 21 years in a marriage of bourbon barrels and first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry butts. Estimated to contain distillates as old as 25 years, Redbreast 21 is bottled at 46% ABV and released in select quantities. The nose opens with hints of island fruits, melons, and apricots over hues of sweet syrup and brown sugar. A hint of sherry hits the tongue on the backend, rolling towards a finish of aged oak and preserved fruits.
