Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon Rare Breed

Appearance: Dark tawny. Nice looking bottle shape, not too much label blocking the view of the whiskey. Nicely detailed wood topped natural cork stopper, though the bottle mouth narrowing like it does tends to have the whiskey dripping down the side of the neck annoyingly. 

Nose: Cinnamon, vanilla, musty ash, funk, bit of pipe tobacco

Palate: Honey sweet off the jump, hot immediately, pepper builds on the tongue with warm baking spices 

 Finish: Medium-long length, spicy, caramel sweetness behind the spice leftovers that stay on the palate for a good, long time
